How to beat the Monday Blues

Monday mornings happen to be the hardest day of the week for almost everyone.  
Getting back into a routine is never easy, especially after what may have been an exciting weekend. 







But there are a few ways that you can start your Monday morning like a champ. Here are several ways to beat the Monday blues:

START EARLY
If you get up late on a Monday, everything from your workout to traffic goes humdrum. Avoid getting up late on a Monday. 

VISIT YOUR FAVOURITE COFFEE PLACE
Splurge on a cup of nice coffee. It’s totally worth it on a Monday.


WEAR NEW CLOTHES
It feels good to wear new clothes which you have bought over the weekend on a Monday. 

CALL A FRIEND
Ditch facebook chat and dial your friend’s number instead. Talking to a friend will definitely uplift your mood.

MAKE A SONGS PLAYLIST
Make a playlist of your favourite songs and listen to it while you are working.

BUY CUPCAKES
Devour these sweet bundles of joys on a Monday to feel awesome instantly.

TAKE A BREAK
Take a post lunch break. Go on a 15-min-walk to calm down.

WATER COOLER / PANTRY CATCH UP
Meet your colleagues at the water cooler or pantry and exchange good laughs and gossip.

FINISH EARLY
Don’t overwork yourself on a Monday.  Finish the day early, and on a good note.


Remember to take things a bit easily, but not too lightly though. Work is still work. 

Just don't overstress yourself on Monday, otherwise it might affect the rest of your week..
