New chapter in my life

Tanggal 2hb Ogos 2013, Jumaat, berakhirnya perjalanan hidupku sebagai pekerja makan gaji.. macam tak percaya je, tapi inilah realiti..

I've been working since 1997, bermula dari  masih anak dara working as Management Trainee di Nestle, sehinggalah yang terakhir sebagai Senior Planning Manager di Unilever..dengan 4 orang anak dah.. 

For 15 working years, there were so many sweet and bitter memories, and even more friends that I've made.. 

Tapi, dari tempoh 15 tahun tu, past 2 years were the highlight and most fun and meaningful time.. I've been with these group of extraordinary (& crazy ;p) people.. who called ourselves Demand Planner. Since the start of my journey in Unilever, given the task to restructure Demand Planning and adopt/adapt all those crappy systems and tools and practices (pening!), one after another friends and strangers came in and join me. 

From then, they supported me, learned new things with me, worked together with me, have fun together, got stressed together, released stress together, kena bambu together, makan makan together, dan macam macam lagi aktiviti yang kita buat sama sama.. Walaupun ada yang tinggalkan kami lebih awal untuk berhijrah ke tempat baru, but we are still friends and we still keep in touch.. 

These people are incredible uols!! And these are my family at work..<3

Now.. they have blossomed to become an expert in their field. I was so proud of them and will always be. Sighh...

Kejap ye.. I need a break.. writing this topic made me teary eyes..  :'(

Ok.. I'm back..got to finish this no matter what right..

So, while I woke up feeling happy and free on Saturday 3rd August.. I felt that I'm gonna miss my friends since now kita tak akan selalu jumpa macam dulu.. in fact, actually I miss them already..sob..

Whatever it is, I believe things happen for a reason. Ada hikmah disebalik apa jua yang berlaku. I am happy with the move that I made, the decision that I took, and the new path that I've choosen. But the end of my journey at work doesn't mean the end of my friendship with these amazing people. 

So.. Sly, Zue, Syukri, Syed, Fairos, Zaiti, Ita, As, Sajna,Syarima, Zura, Kesuma, Sue, Wawa..dan Lily, Hani(takde dlm gambar), I dedicate this post to all of you.. I pray that all of you do well and achieve your dream whatever it is..and hopefully we see each other again soon ok!  And stay together as a team no matter where we are.. 

Semoga ukhuwwah kita berkekalan..
